Okemos led from start to finish in this CAAC Blue matchup.  The younger girls were given a chance to shine and the older girls were able to swim some off events and exhibition races.

Not a lot of best times for the Chiefs as they swam through the meet after a morning practice, but a few girls still managed to post best times.  Swimmer of the Meet goes to Emily Laub who dropped 3 seconds in her 200 free and nearly 5 seconds in her 500 free to garner a 2nd place finish.  The other sophomores Nicki Baron and Chelsea Kelley have also been steadily improving their performances throughout the season.  Let's hear it for practice lane 3!  Kylie Holden and Laura Kruger pushed each other in an exciting 500 race and Saskia Moyer and Kelly Schwaner improved their backstroke times.  The girls also got an opportunity to swim and get used to the pool where the League Meet will be held next month.
